IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL ATHLETES

**INBA PNBA EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026**

**23–24 OCTOBER 2026 | BUCHAREST, ROMANIA**

Dear Athletes,

Please read the following important information regarding the organization of the INBA PNBA European Championships 2026 very carefully.

**All athletes are required to follow the rules, procedures, and instructions outlined below.**

1. OFFICIAL TANNING – MANDATORY FOR ALL ATHLETES

**ALL ATHLETES MUST USE THE OFFICIAL INBA ROMANIA TANNING TEAM AND ONLY THE OFFICIALLY APPROVED TANNING PRODUCTS.**

**Advance booking is MANDATORY** through the following link:

**WARNING: The use of any tanning products other than those officially approved by INBA Romania, or tanning services provided by any other person or team, is strictly prohibited and WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION!**

On **Friday, October 23, ALL ATHLETES MUST RECEIVE THEIR FIRST TANNING COAT**, regardless of whether they are competing on Friday or Saturday.

The tanning service will take place at **Aula Magna – POLITEHNICA University of Bucharest**, at the same venue as athlete registration.

**ATHLETES COMPETING ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23, WILL HAVE PRIORITY FOR TANNING.**

Immediately after completing registration, please proceed directly to the tanning area and follow the instructions of the INBA Romania tanning team.

All athletes must respect their tanning appointments and the instructions provided by our staff.

2. ATHLETE REGISTRATION – FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23

**Date:** Friday, October 23, 2026

**Time:** 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM

**Location:** Aula Magna – POLITEHNICA University of Bucharest

For registration, every athlete must have:

- **Their ZBODYFIT QR code**, available in their personal ZBODYFIT profile, or they must know their competition number.

- **A valid identification document – National ID card or passport.**

We strongly recommend having your QR code ready on your phone before arriving at the registration desk to avoid unnecessary delays.

**IMPORTANT: Immediately after registration, all athletes must proceed to the tanning area for their first tanning coat. Priority will be given to athletes competing on Friday.**

Please arrive on time and strictly respect the registration schedule.

3. PAYMENTS – CASH ONLY, IN EURO

**ALL PAYMENTS AT THE VENUE MUST BE MADE EXCLUSIVELY IN CASH, IN EURO (€).**

**CREDIT AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED!**

OFFICIAL COMPETITION FEES

- **First category:** €150

- **Each additional category:** €120

- **PNBA competition fee (PRO):** €250

- **Physically Challenged category:** €50

- **Doping fee:** €40

- **Coach Pass:** €50 – valid for both competition days.

**IMPORTANT: The Coach Pass allows access to authorized areas but DOES NOT INCLUDE SPECTATOR SEATING.**

We strongly ask all athletes to prepare the necessary cash in advance, preferably with the exact amount or suitable banknotes, to ensure a fast and efficient registration process.

*WARNING:* The event takes place on a university campus, and there are no easily accessible ATMs in the immediate vicinity.

Please make sure you have all the necessary cash before arriving at the venue.

**NO CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE POSSIBLE AT REGISTRATION!**

4. OFFICIAL LIVE STREAM – PAY-PER-VIEW (PPV)

INBA ROMANIA will provide a **PROFESSIONAL LIVE BROADCAST** of the European Championships through our official Pay-Per-View platform.

Your family, friends, and supporters from around the world will be able to watch the competition LIVE, wherever they are.

**OFFICIAL PPV TICKETS:** PPV LIVE

We encourage all athletes to share this link on their social media platforms and inform their families, friends, and supporters about the opportunity to watch them compete LIVE on the European Championships stage.

**We recommend purchasing PPV access in advance to avoid any last-minute delays when accessing the live broadcast on competition day.**

5. SPECTATOR TICKETS – ONLINE ONLY

All spectators planning to attend the European Championships in person **MUST PURCHASE THEIR TICKETS ONLINE IN ADVANCE.**

**OFFICIAL SPECTATOR TICKETS:** BUY TICKETS

**WARNING: NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE VENUE!**

There will be no ticket sales points at the entrance.

Please inform your family, friends, and supporters in advance to avoid any inconvenience on competition days.

**Spectator access will only be permitted with tickets purchased online.**

6. OFFICIAL COMPETITION SCHEDULE

The European Championships will take place over two days:

- **FRIDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2026**

- **SATURDAY, OCTOBER 24, 2026**

Once athlete registration closes, we will finalize the detailed competition schedule, including the estimated stage times for every category.

**THE DETAILED COMPETITION SCHEDULE WILL BE PUBLISHED NO LATER THAN SUNDAY, OCTOBER 18, SO THAT EVERY ATHLETE WILL KNOW THE ESTIMATED TIME THEIR CATEGORY IS EXPECTED TO APPEAR ON STAGE.**

Please note that all stage times are estimates and may be subject to changes depending on the progress of the competition.

**EVERY ATHLETE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BEING READY ON TIME FOR THEIR CATEGORY.**

We strongly recommend that athletes do not rely exclusively on their estimated stage time and remain available in the designated athlete area well before their category is called.

Please follow all announcements and instructions provided by the organizing team.

7. BACKSTAGE ACCESS AND ORGANIZATIONAL RULES

To ensure the smooth and professional organization of the event, all athletes must follow the instructions provided by the INBA Romania organizing team during registration, tanning, backstage preparation, and throughout the competition.

**BACKSTAGE ACCESS IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO ATHLETES AND PERSONS AUTHORIZED BY THE ORGANIZER.**

All athletes must respect the competition category order, the instructions of the backstage staff, and the official competition rules.

Please organize your transportation, tanning appointments, and all other necessary arrangements in advance to avoid unnecessary delays.
